A cement embossed ground mold is a highly flexible mold product made from imported polyurethane materials. It is a construction tool used to create patterns on concrete surfaces. This tool can transform a plain, smooth concrete surface into a textured one, typically forming patterns around 2-3cm deep. The thickness of these embossed ground molds usually reaches about 5cm, enhancing the depth of the cement embossed ground patterns.

The cement embossed ground mold is essentially the soul of cement embossed flooring. Many current road surfaces only have a colored effect, but the unique features of having a three-dimensional pattern and a high degree of versatility in the design of the ground patterns are absent in other road surfaces. Therefore, the cement embossed ground mold is crucial for the construction and manufacturing of cement embossed flooring.

The stamping flooring process involves applying a reinforcing material (Color Hardener) and a release agent (Release Agent) to the concrete surface during the initial setting stage, then pressing texture mats (Texture Mats) into the concrete to create various natural-looking stone textures and patterns.

After high-pressure washing and once the concrete surface is dry, apply the sealer (Sealer) using a tool by spraying or brushing it onto the concrete surface. This way, the ordinary concrete can transform into a rich array of textures, such as bricks, floors, and marbles, featuring beautiful and natural aesthetics, authentic and enduring colors, and sturdy quality.
