Section 1: Process for Processing Okara Feed
Soybean dreg (tofu dreg) is a material that combines high water and oil content, making it difficult to remove moisture. To address this characteristic, a complete set of soybean dreg (tofu dreg) dehydration and drying equipment has been developed. The dreg is first dehydrated in a dehydrator to remove most of the free moisture; then, the wet dreg with a moisture content of 55~60% enters the drying machine, where it undergoes rapid drying in a specially designed drying system equipped with a dispersal device. The entire drying process makes full use of thermal energy, ensuring uniform heating of the dreg, resulting in a good color, no sticky material, and low energy consumption.
Section II: Mechanical Structure and Working Principle
The soybean dreg dryer is primarily composed of a heating source, feeding machine, rotary drum, discharging machine, induced draft fan, unloading device, and distribution box; after the wet soybean dreg is dehydrated, it enters the dryer and, under the action of the抄板 evenly distributed in the drum, is uniformly dispersed and fully contacts with hot air inside, accelerating the heat and mass transfer during the drying process. During drying, the dregs, under the influence of inclined抄板 and hot medium, are discharged as dried products from the star-shaped discharge valve at the other end of the dryer. In the design of the scheme, full consideration is given to the characteristics of the dregs, such as high moisture content, high protein content, and high viscosity, and a series of reasonable technologies and processes are adopted to address these issues, ensuring a good drying effect.
