Introduction to Beer Dreg Dryer
I. Mechanical Structure and Working Principle
Our company's beer dreg dryer can quickly dehydrate and dry wet beer dregs with a moisture content of around 85% to a dry product with a moisture content of about 10%. The beer dreg dryer mainly consists of a heating source, a feeding machine, an intake machine, a rotating drum, an output machine, a blower, a discharge hopper, and an electrical control panel; after dehydration, the wet beer dregs enter the dryer, where they are evenly distributed and agitated by抄板 inside the drum, allowing for uniform distribution and ample contact with hot air, accelerating the heat and mass transfer during the drying process. During the drying process, under the action of the inclined抄板 and the heat medium, the beer dregs are discharged as dried products from the other end of the dryer through the star-shaped discharge valve.
