Fluorite Drying Machine Introduction
This dryer utilizes a downstream heating method. The material to be dried is funneled into the drum from the feed end and is then pushed to the back by the spiral scraper. Due to the inclined placement of the dryer, the material flows to the back end under the action of gravity and rotation. Simultaneously, the material is repeatedly lifted and sprinkled by the scraper, forming an even curtain inside the drum and allowing for thorough heat exchange with the hot air flow within. As the material is repeatedly sprinkled, the moisture content is gradually dried out, achieving the drying purpose. This material is suitable for drying temperatures below 700 degrees.
