Corn Husk Drying Machine Introduction

1. Mechanical Structure and Operating Principle
The Spray Drying Corn Husk Dryer is mainly composed of a heating source, a feeding machine, an inlet machine, a rotating drum, an outlet machine, a blower, a discharge unit, a power distribution cabinet, and a cooling system. The working principle is as follows: corn slurry and corn husks are mixed evenly in a mixer. After mixing, the wet corn husks with a moisture content of 35~40% are transported from the feeding machine to the inlet machine. The inlet machine then feeds the corn husks into the drying drum. Under the action of the distributor in the drying drum, the corn husks are evenly dispersed and fully contact with hot air, achieving the drying purpose of heat and mass transfer. The dried corn husk residue is discharged at the drum end through a star discharge unit, and the dry material is output by the outlet machine, completing the drying process. The dried product is then cooled through the cooling system, ensuring uniformity in both material dryness and color, which is highly ideal.
