Mechanical structure and working principle
The direct-heat rotary drum dryer is primarily composed of a heat source, a feeding machine, an intake machine, a rotating drum, an output machine, an induced draught fan, a discharge unit, and an electrical control panel. After the wet material is dehydrated, it enters the dryer and is evenly distributed by the flipping of the scraper plates inside the drum. The material is uniformly dispersed and fully contacts with hot air within the dryer, accelerating the heat and mass transfer. During the drying process, under the action of the inclined scraper plates and the hot gas, the material is discharged as finished product from the other end of the dryer. It is suitable for the drying of talcum powder.
