Introduction to Fruit Pulp Drying Machine
Mechanical structure and working principle
The fruit pomace dryer is mainly composed of a heating source, feeding machine, rotary drum, discharge machine, induced draft fan, unloading device, and electrical control cabinet; after the wet soybean dregs are dehydrated and enter the dryer, they are evenly distributed and agitated by the scraper blades inside the drum, allowing for thorough contact with hot air within the dryer, which accelerates the heat and mass transfer during the drying process. During drying, under the action of the inclined scraper blades and the heat medium, the soybean dregs are discharged as dried product through the star-shaped discharge valve at the other end of the dryer.
