Red Oak Vacuum Wax Injection Machine
Utilizing the principle that water boils at a lower temperature under vacuum, a method to remove moisture from wood at low temperatures is employed to dry the wood. Subsequently, wax is injected into the rosewood under atmospheric pressure, blocking the channels for moisture entry and exit, thereby stabilizing rosewood furniture and craftworks. This process features short processing time and high uniformity in dehydration, saving up to half the time compared to conventional drying, with wood moisture content reaching below 6%. Electric heating is used (steam and thermal oil sources can also be utilized if the customer has them), with a high degree of automation, reducing labor management costs, and is an ideal product for processing rosewood furniture.
Equipment Features:
1. Equipment can utilize various solvents such as beeswax, microcrystalline wax, paraffin wax, emulsified wax, flame retardants, preservatives, and dyes.
2. Capable of achieving effects from waxing to deep wax immersion, color change, anti-corrosion, flame-retardant, etc., truly a multi-functional machine.
3. Electrically heated, with adjustable immersion depth, fully automatic operation, and safe, environmentally friendly.
4. Meets the production needs for seamless rosewood furniture.
5. Ensure stability of rosewood furniture and crafts, suitable for climatic changes in both north and south, with no cracking, warping, glue separation, or swelling. Also reduces the need for waxing and maintenance for finished products.
