Red Mahogany Vacuum Wax Injection Machine
Utilizing the principle that water has a lower boiling point under vacuum, this method removes moisture from wood at low temperatures to dry it. Then, under atmospheric pressure, wax is injected into the rosewood to block channels for moisture entry and exit, ensuring the stability of rosewood furniture and crafts. It features short processing time and high uniformity in dehydration, saving up to half the time compared to conventional drying. The wood moisture content can reach below 6%. Electric heating is used (steam and thermal oil heating sources can also be utilized if the customer has them). High automation reduces labor management costs, making it an ideal product for processing rosewood furniture.
Equipment Features:
1. Equipment can utilize various solvents such as beeswax, microcrystalline wax, paraffin wax, emulsified wax, flame retardants, preservatives, and coloring agents.
2. Capable of achieving effects from waxing to deep wax immersion, color change, anti-corrosion, flame-retardant, etc., truly a multi-functional machine.
3. Electrically heated, with adjustable immersion depth, fully automatic operation, and safety and environmental protection.
4. Satisfies the production needs for seamless rosewood furniture.
5. Ensure stability of solid wood furniture and craft products, suitable for climate changes in both north and south, with no cracking, warping, glue separation, or moisture expansion. Additionally, it can reduce waxing and maintenance issues for finished products.
