Bird House Heating Stove Introduction
The RFH.RFHL series livestock and poultry heating air furnace is a new energy-saving model developed by our factory based on many years of experience in producing energy-saving air furnaces and extensive research on similar domestic products. It integrates the advantages of various air furnaces. This product not only features clean hot air, rapid temperature rise, and stable performance but also boasts significant advantages such as low coal consumption, fully automatic operation, long service life, energy efficiency, and simple operation and maintenance. It possesses unparalleled superiority compared to other air furnaces and represents a completely new, cost-effective replacement product.
This product, as an ideal hot air heating equipment, is widely used in standard and non-standard broiler, layer, breeding, and duck houses, as well as pig pens, and in heating and temperature control processes for hatcheries, brooding rooms, and nurseries. Additionally, it serves as winter heating and temperature control equipment for large spaces such as agricultural farms, greenhouse nurseries, and factory workshops.
II. Composition and Working Principle
The RFH.RFHL Livestock Heating Hot Air Furnace is composed of components such as the furnace door and combustion chamber, heat exchange system, ash outlet, blower, exhaust fan, chimney, temperature measurement, and fully automatic temperature control electrical equipment. The combustion chamber can use various types of coal or combustible debris as fuel. The fuel burns in the combustion chamber to produce heat energy, which is then fully exchanged and absorbed by the carrier air in the heat exchange system, generating warm air at a certain temperature. This warm air is transported and distributed through pipes to provide heating and temperature control for the environment.
Section 3: Technical Performance and Features
Our factory's general livestock and poultry house heating equipment boasts the following significant advantages:
1. Broadly applicable fuel types with energy efficiency. Due to the rational design of the combustion chamber's air distribution, the air volume is appropriately controlled, ensuring complete combustion for both powdered coal and lumps. Thus, the range of applicable fuels is extensive. The smoke and heat are circulated through multiple stages in the heat exchange system with air, transforming into hot air, which maximizes energy utilization and meets the coal-saving requirements. The fans and smoke extractors operate automatically based on temperature, potentially saving electrical energy. Particularly during the spring and autumn seasons when there are significant temperature differences between day and night, the electricity-saving effect is particularly pronounced.
2. Long service life. The furnace combustion chamber heat exchange system, treated with our factory's unique special refractory process, can operate stably at temperatures up to 1450°C without damage, significantly extending the lifespan of the equipment to 7-8 years. Additionally, the variation in hot air temperature becomes more stable, ensuring more consistent operation.
3. Uniform room temperature and fresh air. The fan located in the combustion chamber of the RFH.RFHL hot air furnace can draw in indoor air, fresh outdoor air, or a mixture of both. After heat exchange, the converted warm air is delivered into the room, effectively controlling the gas concentration and humidity within animal and poultry sheds. In fact, regardless of the source of the air, the high temperature within the furnace chamber also acts as a sterilization factor during heat exchange, ensuring the freshness of the air. The hot air supply pipes are equipped with diffusers set at a 120-degree downward angle throughout their length, and each diffuser is adjustable. While dispersing heat into the room, they also facilitate forced convection of air, making temperature control very manageable. It can maintain uniform temperature along the entire length and also meet the requirements for localized high temperatures (such as during chick rearing).
4. Simple operation and easy maintenance. The equipment truly achieves automated control with a lazy man's operation. Just set a few values, and the fans and exhaust machines work automatically based on temperature. As long as you remember to add coal, our equipment can work safely and automatically. It saves both time and effort, and may also save electricity for you. Our specially designed blowers and exhaust machines have undergone numerous designs in both structure and installation, making maintenance quick and convenient.
5. Flexible and diverse installation methods. The exhaust outlets of the RFH.RFHL energy-saving hot air furnace can be designed to blow air from either the left or the right. The detailed installation locations and pipeline layouts can be determined based on actual conditions. The equipment comes with an insulation layer and can be installed outdoors or indoors. You can choose a furnace to heat one or two animal or poultry sheds.

Note: 1. In addition to the 6 standard sizes mentioned above, we can also customize extra-large or extra-small models of hot air furnaces as required. 2. The exhaust temperature and air volume of the above model hot air furnace can be adjusted according to actual needs, with the exhaust temperature typically ranging from 100-200°C. Additionally, the coal consumption will vary accordingly. 3. Coal consumption refers to the amount of coal required to achieve the rated calorific value; the average coal consumption during actual use will be significantly less than this value.
