I. Introduction

Our company, through years of research on equipment and on-site investigation, has designed and produced a complete process for gold panning products based on the principle of gravity separation.

Two: Workflow:

The process starts with mobile gold panning, followed by gravity separation in chutes, enrichment of sand gold in centrifugal gold separators, then further purification through shaker tables. Mercury amalgamation is used to remove impurities, and a mercury separator is employed for gold-mercury separation. The amalgam is further recovered in a mercury distillation pot, ultimately melted into gold bars in a gold melting furnace.

III. Equipment Features:

Convenient to move, simple and practical, pollution-free, with a high recovery rate, this process is widely used in the selection of sand gold mines today.
