Porous concrete pavement material is an eco-friendly material with high permeability, essential for sponge city construction. It serves as a novel paving method that can partially replace urban paved surfaces, effectively enhancing the city's ecology. It restores vitality to the urban surface, allows rainwater to infiltrate the ground, and effectively eliminates surface water accumulation, making it a "breathing" green and environmentally friendly ground material.

Permeable concrete binder------It is mainly composed of reinforcing agents.,Flow Agent,Stabilizers and fibers are among the components. It consists of aggregates.,Cement,Colorants and blends,After mixing, it significantly enhances the strength of pervious concrete. At the same time, it improves the stability and workability of pervious concrete.,Enhance permeability.

(1Rubble: Rubble is one of the main materials for permeable concrete.,The quality must be well controlled.
(2Water: Tap water is sufficient. Generally, unfiltered muddy groundwater or used, unclean water.,Not available for use.
(3Cement:42.5Silicate cement is sufficient.
(4Paint: High-quality inorganic pigments

Porous concrete flooring paving
a. Subgrade Treatment: Clean the subgrade surface, ensuring it is free of dust, twigs, paper屑, and other debris, and moisten the surface before laying.
b. Fabric: When laying permeable pavement, consider the reserved compacted height. When applying fabric manually to permeable pavement, use a shovel to reverse the action, and never throw it. If the laying time of permeable pavement exceeds 30 minutes or during strong wind conditions, cover the concrete on-site with plastic sheeting to prevent rapid evaporation of the permeable pavement moisture.
c. Compaction: After the plain color permeable flooring fabric is completed, it is leveled with a trowel and compacted using a flat vibratory plate. Once compacted, lay the surface layer of colored permeable flooring or colored aggregate permeable concrete, then level it. Promptly fill in any material shortages, and use specialized permeable flooring equipment for surface compaction and leveling until it is flush with the formwork.
d. Surface Finishing: Promptly trim the edges of the compacted surface with permeable concrete. For areas lacking material, fill and trim. For drier sections, first spray a uniform layer of water, then add material for trimming.
e. After the permeable concrete is exposed aggregate and the surface is smooth and compact to the required standard, spray and brush the surface evenly with a cleaning agent, then cover it with a plastic film. After 6-8 hours (depending on the weather conditions) of spraying, use a high-pressure water jet to rinse the surface. When rinsing, ensure the cleaning agent is thoroughly cleaned but avoid any peeling or dislodging phenomena.
f. Maintenance: After the surface of the permeable pavement is finished, it should be immediately lightly sprinkled with water and covered with a plastic film for maintenance. The maintenance period is the same as that of ordinary concrete. During the maintenance period, barriers should be set around the road surface, and it is strictly prohibited to have pedestrians or vehicles.
