Concrete stamping flooring is a decorative material that, when combined with concrete stamping materials, undergoes a series of stamping processes to create a finished product with rich colors, clear textures, and a clever blend with the surrounding environment.

The embossed concrete mold is made of imported polyurethane resin, vacuumed and baked for precision. Crafted from master molds, it features over a hundred different designs of concrete embossing textures. The mold textures mimic natural stone, wood, and brick effects, allowing for customization according to project requirements. Customers can select matching colors based on the surrounding environment, then choose molds with distinctive styles. The embossed concrete series materials are laid in sync with concrete spreading. When paired with artistic building materials, a variety of texture molds, and cement embossing protectants, the final product has a strong texture and vibrant colors. Even laborers without experience in cement embossing can quickly create wood or natural stone textures on cast-in-place concrete surfaces. The embossed concrete exhibits great expressive power, offering a fresh look that perfectly reflects the overall grade and taste of the building.

Preparation for Embossed Pavement Construction

1. Weather conditions during the installation of decorative paving greatly affect the quality of work. Construction should be avoided during rainy, snowy, windy, sandy, or frozen weather. Nighttime construction is prohibited in areas with significant temperature fluctuations. The working environment temperature should generally be above 2°C. A favorable construction environment is essential to ensure the quality of the paving installation. It is advisable to avoid cross-construction with other work teams and, if necessary, the construction site should be enclosed. Gravel and bare soil foundations must be compacted or tamped by a roller.

2. The strength of the concrete base for the embossed paving should be ≥C25, with the water-cement ratio as low as possible and without any early-strength admixtures in the concrete.

3. The thickness of concrete must be consistent, with the base concrete thickness at 5cm or more. Large aggregate particles in the concrete should be ≤1.5cm in size. For concrete less than 10cm thick, use a flat vibrator for compaction; for concrete 10cm or thicker, use an insert vibrator.

4. After concrete vibration, use a heavier steel long roller (the roller should be at least 0.3 meters wider than the stamping floor mold) to repeatedly roll and compact the platform to achieve a level surface. When rolling the platform, ensure that any foreign objects on the steel roller are removed. After the concrete is lifted, ensure the surface is free of sand and stones. In areas where steel roller work is not feasible, use manual lifting of the concrete and a leveling ruler to scrape out the platform level.

5. After the concrete slab is leveled and desilting treatment is completed, use a hand iron plate to smooth the concrete surface before the initial setting on the surface.

Printing Road Construction Technique

Subgrade Treatment: The area should be tamped and leveled firmly to achieve the required compaction density.

Pour concrete into the same color and mold type construction area, then level it with a tool. Consider the drainage slope to prevent water accumulation.

Before the concrete reaches initial setting, use a trowel to level the concrete. Then, apply the colored pattern material evenly over the concrete surface in two to three even layers according to the specified amount, smoothing and polishing each layer with the trowel.

Apply demolding agent evenly to the concrete surface in accordance with the prescribed dosage.

Arrange the specified mold shapes neatly on the concrete surface and lay them out before proceeding with the embossing work.

Curing the finished flooring typically allows for use after 72 hours at 25°C.
