860℃ High-Temperature Insulation Phase: Reinstall the sealing cover plate of the debris removal port, and slightly reduce the opening of the exhaust port to minimize the loss of the protective atmosphere inside the furnace and the excessive inflow of external air.
**Special Alert**: If the equipment uses an oxygen probe as the core element for carbon potential control, the oxygen probe must be removed from the furnace body and properly stored throughout the entire baking process. During the initial baking of a new furnace, refractory bricks and mortar will emit active elements such as silicon (Si) and sodium (Na) at high temperatures. These volatiles will quickly absorb and contaminate the sensitive components of the oxygen probe (such as zirconia tubes), causing the measurement signal to drift and the response to become slow, ultimately leading to inaccurate carbon potential control and even complete failure of the probe.
