An oxygen analyzer is an industrial process analytical instrument primarily used for the detection of oxygen content in mixed gases of various industrial processes. It is widely applied in industries such as oil, air separation, chemical processing, magnetic materials, protective gases for high-temperature sintering furnaces, protective gases in the electronics industry, and glass and building materials industries. Depending on different heat treatment and carbon diffusion processes, oxygen analyzers with different principles are available, specifically including electrochemical oxygen analyzers (also known as fuel cell oxygen analyzers), zirconia oxygen analyzers, magnetic oxygen analyzers (also known as paramagnetic oxygen analyzers), and laser oxygen analyzers. Analyzers with different principles each have their own advantages and disadvantages.
