**Furnace Start-up Process**

**Section 1: Main Furnace Operation**

1. Open the main valve of the cooling water system, adjust the flow rates of each branch to the specified values, and confirm that all cooling sections (such as furnace shells, muffle jars, bearing seats) have unobstructed water passages.

2. Start the belt conveyor drive motor, adjust and calibrate the belt running path manually or via the control panel, ensuring it remains centered without deviation.
