The triple protection design featuring a sampling tube, measurement chamber, and heating power supply effectively reduces the adverse effects of zirconia ceramic, with a service life of up to 5-7 years, which is 2-3 times longer than that of traditional oxygen probes. The sampling tube design ensures that the probe is unaffected by the furnace atmosphere, has minimal installation restrictions, and is suitable for high-temperature and mechanically shock-prone operating environments. It can be used at temperatures above 1600°C.
