**Pre-Operation Preparation**
Check if the pressure in the supply pipeline (gas) reaches the equipment's rated requirements (usually ≥0.05 MPa).
2. Confirm that the cooling water system has an adequate water source and that all branch pipeline valves are in the correct state.
3. Apply high-temperature grease to all drive bearings and chains according to the lubrication chart.
4. Check the oil level in the quenching and return tanks to ensure it's within the safe operating range (usually between the upper and lower oil level indicators).
5. Thoroughly inspect the connectivity and sealing integrity, as well as the flowability, of all gas lines (protective gas, enrichment gas), liquid lines (quenching, cleaning fluid), and electrical circuits.
