Factory Direct: QSn6.5-0.1 Phosphor Bronze Tubes, Brass Tubes, Tin Bronze Tubes, Phosphor Bronze TubesTin bronze, containing 3% to 14% tin, often includes elements such as phosphorus, zinc, and lead. It is one of the earliest alloys used by humans, with a history of approximately 4,000 years. It is corrosion and wear-resistant, boasts good mechanical and processing properties, and can be焊接 and brazed well without sparking upon impact.
The tin bronzes are divided into wrought and cast varieties. Tin bronzes used for pressure processing contain less than 6% to 7% tin.
Tin bronze castings typically contain 10% to 14% tin. Common grades include QSn4-3, QSn4.4-2.5, QSn7-O.2, ZQSn10, ZQSn5-2-5, and ZQSN6-6-3.
Tin bronze is a non-ferrous alloy with low shrinkage, suitable for producing castings with complex shapes, clear contours, and moderate gas-tightness requirements. It is highly corrosion-resistant in atmospheric, seawater, freshwater, and steam environments, and is widely used in steam boilers and marine ship parts.
Phosphorus-bronze contains excellent mechanical properties and is often used for wear-resistant and elastic components in high-precision machine tools. Lead-tin bronze is commonly used for wear-resistant parts and sliding bearings, while zinc-tin bronze is suitable for high-seal casting.
