Mounting Assembly: Flange or Threaded Connection Heads: Used to securely mount the probe to process equipment (such as chimneys, furnace walls). Common flange standards include DN65 PN6, DN50 PN10, etc., with threaded connections available in NPT, BSP, etc. Sealing Elements: Ensure airtightness (to prevent leakage and measurement interference) and watertightness between the probe insertion part and the mounting interface. Ceramic-Metal Seals (Critical Seals): In areas near the core of the probe, such as wire leads and gas channels, extremely reliable insulation sealing is required to isolate the sensitive core components from the external metal housing and wires, while ensuring a clear gas pathway. Special ceramic-metal sintered (CMC) encapsulation technology or high-performance, high-temperature sealing adhesives/fillers are commonly used in these areas to ensure reliability under long-term high-temperature conditions and prevent gas leakage or short circuits.
