Compared to the previous pneumatic pressure boost unit, this electrically controlled gas power unit configures electronic components based on the on-site conditions. It can display the input/output pressure medium through a digital gauge with an accuracy of up to 0.01 Mpa. It allows setting the upper and lower limits of the output pressure and the pressure-holding time. The boost pump boosts the pure gas to the test piece after boosting. When the upper pressure limit is reached, the boost pump stops working and the pressure-holding timer starts. During the pressure-holding period, as long as the output pressure does not drop to the lower limit, it indicates the test is合格. An alarm sounds, and the unloading can be performed. If a leak occurs during the pressure-holding period, the pressure drops below the lower limit, the boost pump starts to replenish pressure, and the pressure is boosted back to the upper limit. At this point, the equipment can be turned off to check for leaks.

Electro-pneumatic gas pressure boosting unit is designed for dual control systems, pneumatic and electric. It connects to the drive air inlet, the boosted gas inlet, and the boosted gas outlet, and it can operate. Set the upper and lower output parameters and the pressure holding time, and you can infinitely control the pressure of the boosted gas without adjusting the drive air source pressure. It can fill with clean gases, special gas media, etc., making it a complete pneumatic gas pressure boosting unit. Simply connect the components. The maximum working pressure reaches 14,500 psi. The pneumatic gas pressure boosting unit is suitable for various pressure tests and provides a stable power source for work holding fixtures. It includes a triple valve pressure regulator, which consists of a combination filter and water separator, a pressure regulator, and a pressure gauge. Through it, you can directly control the upper limit of the maximum output pressure.
The DEC Supercharger requires only compressed air to generate pressure. It can be connected to the existing compressed air pipeline system on-site and powered up with an AC220V supply.
