Matching electrical control system, digital display for output pressure, set upper and lower limits, and pressure holding time:
Compared to the previous pneumatic pressure boosting unit, this electrically controlled gas power unit configures electronic components based on the site conditions. It can display the input/output pressure medium through a digital gauge with an accuracy of up to 0.01 Mpa. Set the upper and lower output pressure limits and hold time; the boost pump will boost the pure gas after boosting to the testing piece. When the upper pressure limit is reached, the boost pump is controlled to stop working and hold pressure timing begins. During the hold time, as long as the output pressure does not drop to the lower limit, it is proven to be qualified. An alarm buzzer sounds, and the load can be released. If a leak occurs during the hold time, the pressure falls below the lower limit, the boost pump starts to replenish pressure, and the pressure is re-boosted to the upper limit. At this point, the equipment can be turned off to check for leaks.
Low noise, low cost of investment, energy-saving:
Compared to manual supercharger units and single supercharger pumps, this model features lower noise, higher control accuracy, reduced personnel control, lower cost of investment, precise output pressure, and lower energy consumption, saving energy.
Easy to install and use:
Electro-pneumatic gas pressure boosting units are for both pneumatic and electric control systems, connecting to the drive gas inlet, boosted gas inlet, and the boosted gas outlet to operate; by setting the upper and lower output parameters and pressure holding time, the pressure of the boosted gas can be infinitely controlled without adjusting the drive gas source pressure. They can be filled with pure gas media, special gas media, etc., forming a complete pneumatic gas pressure boosting unit, ready to use upon connecting all components. The maximum working pressure reaches 14,500 psi. These units are suitable for various pressure tests and provide a stable power source for workholding fixtures. They include a triple-valve pressure regulator, which incorporates a combination filter and water separator, a pressure regulator, and a pressure gauge, allowing direct control of the maximum output pressure limit.
The Deko supercharger requires only compressed air to generate pressure. It can be connected to the existing compressed air pipeline system on-site and operates with an AC220V power supply.
