Ensure that there are no vapors of low-melting-point metals (such as Zn, Sn, Se, Sb, As, Te, Pb, Bi, Ge, Mg, etc.) introduced by parts, workpieces, or fixtures, as well as gases like S, P, and Ce, in the furnace atmosphere.
When using carbon getter, it adheres to ZrO2, preventing contact with the furnace gas and thus rendering the gas unmeasurable. Therefore, the amount of carbon getter used should be controlled, and the usage instructions for the carbon getter can be referred to for controlling the loading quantity. For those who use carbon getter for long-term anti-carbon coating, it is recommended to switch to CO2 for controlling the carbon potential, and the probe should be properly introduced into N2 protection.
