Position the pipe cutter on a level surface and adjust the stand height according to the pipe diameter. If the pipe is too heavy, it is recommended to directly bolt it to the foundation to secure the pipe cutter and prevent movement during cutting. Place the steel pipe on different roller positions of the pipe cutter based on its thickness (pipes with a diameter of 100mm and below should be placed on the two innermost rollers). Gently press the pump handle, allowing the blade to descend about 0.5mm with each press. Let the pipe rotate once before pressing again. Stop pressing when the blade is about halfway into the pipe, allowing the pipe to rotate a few more times on its own until it naturally breaks.
