The oxygen potential and temperature potential signals transmitted are processed through the chemical equilibrium principle to calculate the furnace carbon potential. This is then compared to the user-set value and controlled by an intelligent PID control module, which regulates the opening and closing of the control actuator (solenoid valve) to control the flow of the enrichment agent. This process aims to achieve carbon potential control, shorten the production cycle, conserve energy, protect the environment, and enhance product quality.
