The threading machine consists of: body, electric motor, reducer box, pipe chuck, die head, blade holder, feed device, and cooling system.
Working Principle: During the operation of the threading machine, first place the tube to be threaded into the tube chuck, secure it with a collision, then press the start switch. The tube will begin to rotate with the chuck. Adjust the die opening size on the die head and set the screw length. Next, turn the handwheel clockwise to make the die blade on the die head press against the rotating tube end with a constant force. The die blade will then automatically cut the thread. Simultaneously, the cooling system automatically sprays and cools the die blade. Once the thread is machined to the pre-set length, the die blade will automatically open, ending the threading process. Turn off the power, disengage the chuck, and remove the tube.
