3. Oven at 400℃ stage: Close the observation hole and reinstall the dripping head. At this point, over 90% of the moisture has been removed during the low-temperature drying stage.

4. Furnace 860℃ stage: Reinstall the debris removal opening and reduce the air flow.

Furnace Special Warning: When using an oxygen probe as a carbon potential control element, the oxygen probe must be removed during the drying period of the furnace. During the initial drying of a new furnace, the volatilization of refractory bricks and mortar, such as Si and Na elements, will rapidly contaminate the probe, leading to inaccurate carbon potential control and even complete failure.

Furnace Carbonization Treatment, applicable for initial startup or restart conditions after shutdown. Heat the empty furnace to no less than 760°C and introduce a carrier gas to establish a carbonization environment within the furnace.
