Since 1992, MESA has successfully used Lambda probes as oxygen probes in the heat treatment field. In 1993, MESA further employed Lambda probes and dew point controllers in adsorption-type gas generators, bringing significant changes to cost, accuracy, and lifespan in the essential process steps of heat treatment, earning widespread recognition from customers. Currently, in the heat treatment industry, such as in major industrial furnaces and automotive parts manufacturing in Europe, the original conventional oxygen probes have largely been replaced by sampling oxygen probes (i.e., Lambda probes).
