1. Number of designs and points of design installation

Oxygen content is a crucial parameter for the economic combustion of boilers, thus requiring precise measurement. In reality, the oxygen content at different locations within a boiler varies, necessitating the design of 2 to 4 oxygen analyzers for a single boiler. Generally, boilers that implement thermal control automation must be equipped with 4 analyzers. For boilers that have not yet achieved thermal control automation, those with a capacity of 670t/h or less should be designed with two analyzers on each side.
