Aggregate batching measurement
The aggregate hopper is equipped with a grating screen to filter out oversized materials.
The outer side of the hopper is equipped with a vibration motor, which assists in discharging the material through the vibrating hopper wall, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
The belt scale uses variable frequency speed control to ensure aggregate flow. Belt tension and neutralization are adjustable for smooth operation.

For materials with high adhesion and tendency to bridge, an optional de-bridging device is available for efficient stripping.

The cement silo can be optionally equipped with a pulse jet bag dust collector/core filter dust collector, offering high dust removal efficiency and low cost for later maintenance.
