The recirculating water tank features an internally installed spiral copper heat exchanger tube. The cooling water, flowing at a designed velocity of 3.5 m/s, carries away the heat from the shaft seal area. Equipped with a temperature-sensing automatic regulating valve, it maintains the shaft seal temperature within a safe range of 80-120℃. For extreme operating condition equipment, a compressed air jet cooling unit is integrated. When the cooling water temperature exceeds the threshold, 0.6 MPa compressed air instantly creates a vortex for heat dissipation, reducing the temperature rise rate of critical components by 60%.
