The ZO-300 Direct Insertable Zirconia Sensor is suitable for furnace chambers and flues in boilers, kilns, oil refineries, chemical plants, power plants, etc., that require heating and combustion of coal, oil, and other fuels. This instrument accurately and rapidly reflects the immediate oxygen content during combustion, enabling timely and effective control of smoke channel dampers, throttle valves, and air valves, thereby significantly enhancing combustion thermal efficiency, conserving energy, and reducing pollution.
The insertion point of the ZO-300 zirconia probe into the flue must be under negative pressure, as the reference gas for the zirconia probe is air, which is naturally flowing. The flue must be under negative pressure to allow air to be drawn into the probe and generate an electric potential.
