· Daily Motto: You can, you should, and if you're brave, you will.
With the increased emphasis on energy conservation, environmental protection, and quality product requirements, there is a need for real-time monitoring of industrial furnace combustion processes. According to combustion theory, when the actual air supply to the furnace equals the theoretical requirement, the air-fuel ratio is most optimized (at this point, the air consumption coefficient equals 1.0), resulting in the lowest combustion temperature, fuel consumption, and waste gas emissions, as well as minimal energy consumption by the fan. Unfortunately, in China, the air-fuel ratio adjustment for furnaces currently relies solely on workers' experience, leading to operations that fail to meet this standard.
