Section 6: Furnace Operation Steps

(1) Main Furnace Section:

1. Turn on the main cooling water switch and adjust the set water volume, check if all cooling water passages are clear.

2. Start the conveyor drive motor and adjust the conveyor belt position.

Start mixers fans 1, 2, 3, and 4.

4. Turn on the main furnace electric heating switch to heat up to 400℃ and maintain for 2 hours, then heat up to 600℃/2 and maintain for 2 hours.

Maintain at 800°C for 2 hours.
