Manufacturing Description:
The GZ3-25 series steel radiators are made of high-quality material.Low-carbon steelComprised of three 25mm diameter tubes and two end caps, fully automatic welded. After welding assembly, the internal cavity undergoes degreasing, rust removal, phosphatizing, application of organic corrosion-resistant material, and drying. The exterior surface is cleaned, shot-blasted, and then receives two layers of electrostatic powder coating for paint. The internal corrosion-resistant material is the organic material, Goldfong AT2398, with strong acid and alkali resistance. Utilizes a solid end design for smooth water flow, overcoming the drawbacks of lap-welded radiators with small through-holes. Prior to shipment, the radiator passes two pressure tests at 1.6Mpa to ensure quality before leaving the factory.
The steel series radiators continue the German product style, exuding stability, beauty, and elegance.

• End Cap: Commonly known as the "cap," it is made from SPCC cold-rolled steel plate, with a thickness ranging from 1.8mm to 2.5mm.
• Overall end piece, with smooth water flow and high flow rate, overcomes the缺点 of small through holes in brazed joints on finned radiators.
