Manufacturing Description:
The GZ6030 series steel radiators are made of high-quality material.Low-carbon steel, Manufactured from two 60mm x 30mm elliptical tubes and two end caps, fully automated welded. After welding assembly, the internal cavity is treated with degreasing, rust removal, phosphatizing, coated with organic anti-corrosion materials, and dried. The external surface is cleaned, shot-blasted, and then subjected to two layers of electrostatic spray painting. The internal anti-corrosion material is the organic material, Kynar AT2398, which boasts strong resistance to acids and alkalis. The use of integral end caps ensures smooth water flow, overcoming the drawbacks of lap-welded radiators with small through-holes. The radiator passes two rounds of 1.6Mpa pressure tests before being released for shipment.

Product Specifications:
• End Cap: Commonly known as the "head", it is made of SPCC cold-rolled steel sheet by stamping, with a thickness ranging from 1.8mm to 2.5mm.
• The overall end piece ensures smooth water flow and high flow rate, overcoming the drawback of small through-holes in butt-welded radiator joints.
• Vertical Pipe: Bent and welded from Q195 low-carbon steel with thickness ranging from 1.3mm to 2.5mm, cut to length based on the height of the radiator.
• German mature automatic welding technology between the header and the upright, with circumferential automatic welding joints used between columns according to length.
• The interior cavity is made of a 2-layer organic anti-corrosion coating, specifically designed for the AT2398 gold fluorine heat exchanger, and vacuum pressure-filling.
The outer surface is coated with two layers of electrostatic powder, adhering to international standards, and cured at a high temperature of 290°C.
