Production Description:
The GZ5-25 series steel radiators are made of high-quality material.Low-carbon steel, Manufactured from 4 round tubes of 25mm diameter and 2 end caps, fully automatic welded. After welding assembly, the internal cavity is treated with degreasing, rust removal, phosphatizing, coated with organic anti-corrosion materials, and dried. The outer surface is cleaned, shot-blasted, and then subjected to two layers of electrostatic spray paint baking. The internal anti-corrosion material is organic material Kynar 2398, which has strong acid and alkali resistance. The use of integral end caps ensures smooth water flow, overcoming the drawback of small through-holes in lap-welded radiators. The product is tested twice at 1.6Mpa pressure before leaving the factory to ensure quality.

Product Specifications:
• End Cap: Commonly known as the "head" section, it is made by stamping SPCC cold-rolled steel plate, with a thickness ranging from 1.8mm to 2.5mm.
• The overall end piece ensures smooth water flow and high volume, overcoming the缺点 of the small through holes in the butt-welded radiator.
• Pipe: Bending and welded from Q195 low-carbon steel, thickness of 1.3mm-2.5mm, cut to length based on the radiator's height.
• German mature automatic welding technology between the header and the upright pipe, with circular automatic welding assembly between columns based on length.
• The interior cavity is lined with a 2-layer organic anti-corrosion coating, specifically designed for the AT2398 gold fluorine heat sink, and is vacuum pressure-filled for anti-corrosion purposes.
The outer surface is coated with two layers of electrostatic powder using international standard spray technology, cured at a high temperature of 290°C.
