Overview
The J2J2S Roots- Water Ring Unit is a vacuum pump system primarily composed of a ZJ-type Roots pump as the main pump and a two-stage water ring pump as the preliminary pump. It is capable of removing not only general gases but also gases containing a small amount of moisture and dust. Compared to conventional mechanical pumps and water ring pumps, it boasts features such as minimal oil contamination, no steam and fine dust, high ultimate vacuum, and high pumping speed at higher vacuums. It is an ideal vacuum pump equipment for drying, dehydration, and vacuum degassing in industries such as light industry, food, and chemical engineering.
Structural Features
The JZJ2S series Roots Water Ring Compressor Set is composed of a ZJ type Roots pump as the main suction pump, and a 2SK series double-stage water ring pump or Roots-Water Ring Compressor Set as the preliminary pump. It is capable of not only removing general gases but also gases containing moisture or a small amount of dust. Compared to general mechanical vacuum pumps, it is not afraid of oil contamination, water vapor, or fine dust. In contrast to general water ring vacuum pumps, it features higher vacuum levels and a larger flow rate at high vacuum conditions.
Roots pumps and water ring vacuum pump units are widely used in vacuum systems for various applications such as chemical, electronic, mechanical, pharmaceutical, food sublimation drying, and high-altitude simulation tests.
The JZJ2S series vacuum units, due to the use of 2SK series two-stage water ring vacuum pumps in the primary pump, have lower efficiency than the JZJ2B series. Additionally, the 2SK series two-stage water ring pumps are structurally complex and difficult to maintain. The JZJ2S series vacuum units, which employ the 2SK series two-chamber water ring vacuum pumps as the primary pump, will gradually be replaced by the JZJ2B series vacuum units, which utilize the more energy-efficient 2BV series water ring vacuum pumps as the primary pump.
