Product Overview of QJ Type Submersible Deep Well Pump
The QJ type submersible deep well pump is a energy-saving product designed according to national standards, widely used in agricultural irrigation, water supply and drainage for industrial and mining enterprises, and for human and animal water use in plateau and mountainous areas. This type of pump consists of an integrated submersible QJ pump and a YqS type submersible motor, working submerged underwater. It features simple structure, small size, light weight, easy installation and maintenance, as well as safe, reliable, and energy-efficient operation.
Section 2: Product Features of the QJ Submersible Deep Well Pump
1. Submersible deep well pumps are centrifugal or mixed flow type; they use water-lubricated bearings; and the connection to the motor is made with a rigid coupling. The impeller of the deep well pump rotates under the motor's drive, generating centrifugal force to increase the liquid's energy, which is then lifted by the pump casing's guidance. An anti-reverse valve body is installed at the top of the pump to prevent damage to the working components due to backflow in the lift pipe when the electric pump is stopped. The valve features a drain hole, allowing water in the pipeline to be gradually released, preventing pipeline cracking in winter. (Note: Low-lift submersible pumps do not have an anti-reverse valve body.)
2. The motor of the submersible deep well pump features a sealed, water-filled, wet-type structure. The stator winding is insulated with waterproof polyethylene and the electromagnetic wire is sheathed with a multi-layer nylon structure. Both the guide bearing and thrust bearing are made of water-lubricating materials. The motor is filled with fresh water internally for cooling the motor and lubricating the bearings. The motor's bottom is equipped with a pressure-regulating diaphragm to adjust the expansion and contraction pressure difference of the internal fresh water caused by the motor's temperature rise. The upper shaft of the motor is fitted with a sand-protection mechanism to prevent silt and sand from entering the motor's interior.
3. Submersible well pump piping section: Used to connect the electric pump and hang it in the well, transporting water to the ground. Mainly consists of short discharge pipes, discharge pipes, elbows, clamps, etc. The short discharge pipe is the transition component connecting the discharge pipe to the electric pump. The elbow is installed at the wellhead to alter the water flow direction. Clamps are used to hoist and secure the discharge piping during the installation of the submersible well pump.
