The QSB type submersible pump is a wet-type, small submersible pump designed for lifting groundwater. The motor and pump are integrated and submerged in water for operation, making it an ideal tool for groundwater extraction. The pump features simple structure, compact size, light weight, high efficiency, energy-saving, easy installation, and maintenance. It is widely used in agricultural irrigation, industrial and mining enterprises for water supply and drainage, as well as for residential water use in urban areas.
Structural Features:
The QSB type submersible pump is composed of two parts: the motor and the pump. The pump is centrifugal and utilizes water-lubricated bearings, which are rigidly connected to the motor via a coupling. The motor is a closed-circuit water-filled three-phase asynchronous motor. The winding features water-resistant insulation, with both guide and thrust bearings being water-lubricated. The motor is equipped with a sand prevention mechanism at the top to prevent silt and sand from entering the motor cavity.
Terms of Use:
The water temperature must not exceed 40℃.
2. Power supply is 50Hz, 380V
3. The electric pump should be operated within the range of rated flow to 1.2 times the rated flow.
