I. Product Overview of QJ Type Submersible Deep Well Pump
The QJ type submersible deep well pump is an energy-saving product designed according to national standards, widely used in agricultural irrigation, water supply and drainage for industrial and mining enterprises, and human and animal water usage in plateau and mountainous areas. This model pump consists of an integrated submersible QJ pump and an YqS type submersible motor, submerged underwater for operation. It features simple structure, small size, light weight, easy installation and maintenance, as well as safe, reliable, and energy-efficient operation.
Section 2: Features of the QJ Type Submersible Deep Well Pump
1. Submersible deep well pumps are centrifugal or mixed flow type; equipped with water-lubricated bearings; and connected to the motor with a rigid coupling. The impeller of the deep well pump rotates under the motor's drive, generating centrifugal force to increase the liquid's energy, which is then lifted by the pump casing's guidance. An anti-reversing valve body is installed at the top of the pump to prevent damage to the working components by backflow in the lift pipe when the electric pump is shut down. The valve features a drain hole, allowing water in the pipeline to be slowly released, preventing the pipeline from cracking in winter. (Note: Low-lift submersible pumps do not have an anti-reversing valve body.)
2. The motor of the submersible deep well pump features an enclosed, water-filled, wet-type structure. The motor stator winding uses water-resistant polyethylene insulation and multi-layered nylon sheathed electromagnetic wire. Both the guide bearing and thrust bearing are made of water-lubricated materials. The motor is filled with fresh water internally, which is used for cooling the motor and lubricating the bearings. The motor base is equipped with a pressure-regulating membrane to adjust the pressure difference in the internal fresh water caused by the motor's temperature rise. The upper shaft of the motor is fitted with a sand prevention mechanism to prevent silt and sand from entering the interior of the motor.
3. Submersible well pump piping section: Used to connect the electric pump, allowing it to be suspended in the well, and to transport water to the surface. It is mainly composed of short discharge pipes, discharge pipes, elbows, and brackets, etc. The short discharge pipe is a transition component connecting the discharge pipe to the electric pump. The elbow is installed at the wellhead to alter the water flow direction. The bracket is used for hoisting and securing the discharge piping during the installation of the submersible well pump.
