I. Product Overview:
CQB Magnetic Pump, typically consisting of an electric motor, magnetic coupling, and corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump. Its main feature is the use of magnetic coupling to transfer power, ensuring complete leakage-free operation. As the external magnetic steel of the magnetic coupling is rotated by the motor, the magnetic lines pass through the gaps and isolation sleeve, acting on the internal magnetic steel to synchronize the rotation of the pump rotor with the motor, transferring torque without mechanical contact. At the power input end of the pump shaft, due to the liquid being enclosed within the static isolation sleeve, there are no dynamic seals, resulting in complete leakage-free operation.
II. Key Features:
The CQB magnetic pump is a new type of fully leak-proof and corrosion-resistant pump developed by the National Magnetic Pump Joint Design Group. Its technical and economic indicators are comparable to those of similar foreign products in the late 1980s.
The CQB type magnetic pump model and basic parameters comply with the JB/T 7742—1995 "Standard for Types and Basic Parameters of Small Magnetic Drive Centrifugal Pumps" and the "Supplementary Provisions for Three Standards of Small Magnetic Drive Centrifugal Pumps."
III. Product Applications:
The CQB series magnetic pumps are suitable for industries such as oil, chemical, pharmaceutical, smelting, electroplating, environmental protection, food, film and video processing, and water treatment. They are ideal for transporting flammable, explosive, volatile, toxic, rare and precious liquids, as well as various corrosive liquids. They are applicable for conveying liquids without hard particles and fibers, with suction pressure not exceeding 0.2MPa, maximum working pressure of 1.6MPa, temperature not exceeding 100°C, density not exceeding 1600kg/m³, and viscosity not exceeding 30×10⁻⁶m²/S.
