I. Overview of ISG Type Vertical Pipeline Centrifugal Pump:

ISG Series Single-Stage Single-Suction Pipeline Centrifugal Pumps are meticulously designed by our in-house technical staff in collaboration with domestic pump experts, selecting top domestic hydraulic models and incorporating performance parameters from the IS-type centrifugal pumps. The design is a clever combination on the basis of general vertical pumps, and it has been derived from the ISG model for applications in hot water and high-temperature conditions, depending on the operating temperature and medium. This pipeline centrifugal pump series boasts high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, and reliable performance. It meets the latest national mechanical department standard JB/T53058-93. The products are designed and manufactured according to the international ISO 2858 standard. Passed the unified inspection of pipeline pump products by the National Mechanical Industry Department in 1993.

II. Features of ISG Vertical Pipeline Centrifugal Pumps:

1. The centrifugal pump for pipeline is a vertical structure with the same inlet and outlet diameters aligned on a single central axis. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve, featuring a compact and aesthetically pleasing design with minimal floor space and low construction costs. With a protective cover, it can be used outdoors.

2. The impeller is directly mounted on the extended shaft of the motor, featuring a short axial dimension and a compact structure. The pump and motor bearing arrangement is optimized, effectively balancing the radial and axial loads generated during pump operation. This ensures smooth pump operation with minimal vibration and noise.

3. Axial seals are made with mechanical seals or a combination of mechanical seals, featuring imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium-duty high-temperature mechanical seals, and hard alloy materials for wear-resistant sealing, effectively extending the service life of the mechanical seals.

4. Pipeline centrifugal pump is easy to install and maintain; no need to dismantle the pipeline system. Simply unscrew the pump coupling flange nuts to remove all rotor components.

5. Centrifugal pumps can be operated in series or parallel configurations according to the specific requirements for flow rate and head.

6. Pumps can be installed in either vertical or horizontal configurations as required by the piping layout.
