ZJP Series Roots Vacuum Pumps are a type of volumetric vacuum pump, also known as mechanical booster pumps. They are one of the main vacuum pumps for achieving medium to high vacuums and operate on a principle similar to Roots blowers. They utilize an 8-shaped rotor that rotates synchronously in opposite directions within the pump housing, thereby completing the suction and exhaust process.

For processes in industries such as chemicals and pharmaceuticals that require the removal of large amounts of steam and solvents, our company has made a series of improvement designs to the ZJP series Roots vacuum pumps, replacing the traditional piston seal with a mechanical oil seal. This seal is wear-free and can operate stably for a long time.
