2. Strong self-priming capability; during multiphase mixing, the gas content does not exceed 80%, and the sand content does not exceed 500g/m³.

3. External bearing structure with independent lubrication, capable of conveying various non-lubricating media.

4. Utilizes synchronized gear drive; the two rotors do not touch, even during brief idling, which is not a concern.

5. The pump housing features a heating jacket and is capable of conveying a variety of clean or slightly particle-containing low to high viscosity media (with particle diameters generally less than 0.12-0.2mm).

Medium viscosity has a significant impact on the performance of twin-screw pumps. The nominal displacement of the pump refers to the discharge under specific viscosity conditions. To ensure the pump operates at a high efficiency, it is recommended to select the rotational speed based on the following viscosity conditions when the test is insufficient.
