I. Product Overview:
The GF type stainless steel single screw pump is a new type of pump operating on the reciprocating meshing volumetric principle. The main working components are the eccentric screw (rotor) and the fixed sleeve (stator). Due to the special geometric configuration of these two components, they respectively form separate sealed cavities. The medium flows uniformly in the axial direction. The internal flow velocity is low, and the volume remains constant. The pressure is stable, thereby preventing the formation of eddies and turbulence. The output pressure of each pump stage is 0.6 Mpa, with a head of 60m (for clean water), self-priming height generally at 6m, and suitable for transporting media with temperatures below 80℃ (special requirements can reach 150℃).
II. Product Features:
The GF type stainless steel single screw pump is characterized by its stator, which is made from various elastic materials, allowing it to handle high-viscosity fluids, as well as mediums containing hard suspended particles or fibrous materials, which is a capability not typically found in general pumps. Its flow rate is proportional to its speed. Transmission can be achieved through a coupling for direct drive, or by using a variable-speed motor, V-belt, and gear box for speed variation. This pump has few parts, a compact structure, small size, easy maintenance, and the rotor and stator are the easy-to-damage components. Their simple design facilitates easy assembly and disassembly.
