II. Product Features of G Type Single Screw Pumps:

The G-type single screw pump is a new type of pump that operates according to the reciprocating meshing volumetric principle. Its main working components are the eccentric screw (rotor) and the fixed sleeve (stator). Due to the special geometry of these components, they separately form individual sealed cavities. The medium flows uniformly in an axial direction. The internal flow velocity is low, and the volume remains constant. Pressure is stable, thus preventing the formation of vortices and disturbances. The G-type single screw pump is widely used in various industries for transporting various media, operates continuously at a constant pressure with no pulsations, and ensures the medium is transported without damage. Flow rate can be adjusted by changing the speed to achieve measurement goals. It is suitable for transporting media with the following characteristics: high solid content (maximum particle size up to 150mm) or no solid content, media with various viscosities (1mPas to 3 million mPas), thixotropic and easily expandable media, shear-sensitive media, abrasive media, media with or without self-lubrication, corrosive media (pH=0-14), adhesive media, toxic media, and high flow and pressure rates. Flow range is from a few milliliters per hour to 500m³ per hour (2200 gpm), and pressure range can reach up to 48bar, with special designs capable of 72bar. The same drive component can be matched with four different designs of rotors/stators, providing you with the best operational solution.

G-type single screw pumps are designed for various application fields, utilizing different metal materials such as cast iron, nickel-chromium steel, acid-resistant materials, Hastelloy, and titanium alloys. Elastic materials available include wear-resistant, oil-resistant, acid-resistant, and alkali-resistant rubbers like natural rubber, nitrile rubber, ethylene propylene rubber, and fluororubber. For highly erosive media, ceramic or plastic materials can be chosen. In cases where the medium cannot be used with elastic materials due to high temperatures or certain chemical compositions, hard material stators or rigid stators can be selected. Various shaft seal types: mechanical seals are available according to customer requirements, ranging from single face mechanical seals (with or without emergency cooling) to double face mechanical seals (back-to-back and series type), and box seals; fillers, water seals, and special seals can also be chosen. Leak-proof magnetic drive is available for toxic media.
