Utilize high-precision oxygen probes (such as ZrO2 ceramic sensors) to monitor the furnace's carbon potential in real-time, and dynamically adjust the enrichment gas flow with PID algorithms.
Compensation Technology: Temperature Drift Compensation, Carbon Accumulation Auto-correction (via Carbon Blacking Program).
Process parameters optimization
Based on materials (such as 20CrMnTi, 8620 steel), set the carbonitriding depth (0.5 - 2.0mm), surface carbon concentration (0.7 - 1.1%C), and gradient curve.
Typical Process: 930℃ strong penetration (carbon potential 1.1-1.2%C) → diffusion (carbon potential 0.8-0.9%C) → slow cooling/direct quenching.
