Permeable paving, as a new environmentally friendly and ecological road material, is gaining increasing attention. In modern cities, the surface is often covered with reinforced concrete structures, which can be widely used for various types of roads, squares, gardens, parks, parking lots, pedestrian paths, residential communities, garden walkways, villas, garden roads, scenic roads, leisure paths, leisure squares, garden roads, ancient-style architectural complexes, and a variety of functional roads.

Porous concrete flooring installation
a. Subgrade Treatment: Clean the subgrade surface, ensuring it is free of dust, twigs, paper屑, and other debris. Moisten the subgrade surface before laying.
b. Fabric: Consider compaction reserved height when laying permeable pavement. When using manual fabric for permeable pavement, use a shovel to flip it over, and throw it strictly prohibited. If the laying time of permeable pavement exceeds 30 minutes or during strong wind conditions, cover the concrete on-site with plastic sheets promptly to prevent excessive rapid water loss from the permeable pavement.
c. Tamping: After the plain color permeable flooring fabric is completed, it is leveled with a trowel and then tamped with a flat plate tamping machine. Once tamping is finished, lay the colored permeable flooring or colored aggregate permeable concrete on the surface, level it, promptly replenish any missing materials, and use specialized permeable flooring equipment for surface tamping and leveling until it is flush with the formwork.
d. Surface Finishing: Promptly finish the edges of permeable concrete on compacted road surfaces. For areas with insufficient material, fill and level. For drier sections, spray a uniform layer of water first, then add material for finishing.
e. After the permeable concrete aggregate is exposed and the surface is level and dense to specification, spray the surface evenly with a cleaning agent, then cover with a plastic film. Six to eight hours after spraying (depending on weather conditions), use a high-pressure water jet to rinse the surface. Pay attention to ensure the cleaning agent is thoroughly cleaned without leaving any residue.
f. Maintenance: After the surface of the permeable pavement is finished, it should be immediately lightly sprinkled with water and covered with a plastic film for maintenance. The maintenance period is the same as that of normal concrete. During the maintenance period, barriers should be set around the road surface, and it is strictly prohibited to enter on foot or by vehicle.
