Long service life. The probe's lifespan is significantly extended due to the design of the sampling tube + measurement chamber, which reduces many adverse factors for zirconia ceramic. As a result, the lifespan of this probe is generally 2-3 times longer than that of conventional zirconia probes at the same level, with the longest service life reaching 5-7 years. In contrast, the lifespan of conventional zirconia probes typically ranges from 2-3 months to 1 year, making the actual cost to the user significantly lower when averaged over the lifespan.
2. Minimal installation restrictions. Due to the design of the sampling tube, the zirconia ceramic of the probe is largely unaffected by the furnace atmosphere, resulting in significantly fewer installation restrictions compared to conventional oxygen probes. Additionally, this probe is highly durable and perfectly suited for operations with substantial temperature variations or mechanical impacts. It can be used in heat treatment processes above 1600°C without signal deviation.
3. Offers an extremely high cost-performance ratio. The maintenance cost is significantly lower than that of conventional oxygen probes. After conventional oxygen probes show inaccurate measurements, they must be replaced entirely. In contrast, sampling-type oxygen probes, after several years of use, only require the replacement of the oxygen probe on top, at a cost of just a few thousand yuan.
4. Easy replacement. Since the working part of this probe is within the measurement chamber, replacement is as simple as unscrewing the probe in the chamber and installing a new one. No need to worry about the impact of the furnace temperature and thermal shock on the new probe during replacement; it will not affect normal production.
5. High Measurement Precision. Each Lambda probe produced by MESA undergoes a four-week baking process prior to shipment, ensuring the ceramic reaches a highly stable state. An initial calibration is also performed, providing corresponding K1, K2 coefficients, to guarantee precision in measurement calculations for the user.
